Sample Answer

When I joined college, I had gained a lot of weight and was advised by the doctor to check it through regular exercise. As a result, I joined my mother on a morning walk with some of our neighbourhood aunties.

Most of my walking companions were diabetic and very above fifty years old. As a result, they could not walk faster. So, I would go with them to a nearby park, where people used to walk, play and exercise in different corners. The park was located on 5 acres of land owned by the municipality. We left home at around 5 a.m. While my mother and the aunties made 5 rounds of the park, I ran 10 rounds. Later, they would participate in a yoga session looked over by a certified instructor. During that time, I would either play badminton with some young people who came every morning or do some free-hand exercise. Then we would come back home around 6:30 a.m. as my father would leave for the office at 7:30 a.m. and I had to prepare to go to college.

Initially, it was very strenuous for me to wake up early in the morning and go for a walk as I am not a morning person. But, gradually, the habit grew on me and if by any chance I missed the walk, I would feel flustered. I accomplished a lot more than I had aimed for, like making some new friends, developing a healthy habit and, most importantly, reducing a lot of weight within three months.
