II. Answers

  1. Do you like getting up early in the morning?

Actually, I don’t really enjoy getting up early in the morning. I’m a night owl and feel more energetic in the evening. After finishing my homework, I usually spend my time relaxing by watching films or scrolling through TikTok. I often go to bed around midnight, so waking up at 5 or 6 a.m. is quite challenging for me.

  1. What’s your morning routine?

After waking up, I start my day by opening my blinds to let in some fresh air. Then, I make my bed and freshen up. I have a habit of running 3 kilometers every morning, which helps me feel more active and prepared for the day ahead. While running, I listen to inspirational music to boost my mood. I return home by 7 a.m. and have breakfast, which my mother usually prepares for me.

  1. Is breakfast important for you?

Yes, definitely. I’m trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle, so breakfast is very important to me. I can’t perform well without eating breakfast. After exercising, usually doing yoga or jogging, I have a sandwich and a glass of milk. On weekends, even though I sleep in a bit longer, I never skip breakfast. Sometimes, I make brunch, like an omelette and a cup of tea.

  1. Do you have breakfast every day?

Yes, I always make sure to have breakfast. It’s a must for me. Even if it’s something quick like a banana or a granola bar, I have to eat something to kickstart my day.

  1. Do you want to change your morning routine?

Not really. I feel my current routine works well for me. However, there are days when I skip breakfast depending on how I’m feeling or how much time I have before I need to rush out. Sometimes, it’s just coffee until lunch.

  1. Are there any differences between what you do in the morning now and what you did in the past?

Yes, there are some differences. I’ve been considering tweaking my morning routine a bit, perhaps by waking up earlier and incorporating some meditation or reading to start my day more mindfully. I believe this could really improve the overall quality of my day.
