1. Do you listen to music to relax? Why or why not?

“Oh, absolutely! Music is my go-to whenever I need to unwind. Whether I’m feeling stressed or just want to chill, the right song can instantly change my mood and help me feel more relaxed.”

If no…

“Not really. I know a lot of people find it relaxing, but for me, silence works better. Sometimes, I just prefer sitting in a quiet place, closing my eyes, and doing nothing at all.”

2. Do you think playing sports is a good way to relax? Why?

If yes…

“Oh, for sure! Playing sports is not just good for my body but also for my mind. Even though it’s physically tiring, it helps clear my mind and relieves stress. I always feel much better after a good workout.”

If no…

“Not really. I know exercise is great for reducing stress, but for me, relaxing means doing something less intense. I’d rather read a book or take a nap than run around on a field.”

3. When was the last time you took a break and truly relaxed?

“Actually, just last weekend! I finally had some free time, so I spent the whole afternoon watching movies and doing nothing. It felt amazing to just switch off and not worry about anything for a while.”

“Not really. I try to stay calm, but sometimes I get overwhelmed when too many things pile up. I guess I handle stress okay, but I wouldn’t call myself super chill.”
