IELTS Speaking part 1: Topic FUTURE

  • What job would you like to have ten years from now?
One thing for sure that I would still work in the education field. Right now, I’m a teacher at an IELTS training center. Honestly speaking, this is a demanding and decent job. But ten years later, I want to see myself as a lecturer at an international university.
  • How useful will English be for your future?
Well, this is a no-brainer. You see, I’m an English major, so of course, it is extremely crucial in my life. Besides being a tool for making a good living, this language also helps me approach the world, as nowadays, most of the knowledge related to science and technology is in English.
  • How much travelling do you hope to do in the future?
As much as possible I wish. Since I was a child, I’ve always had a strong desire for travelling. Before reaching 30, I must visit three different continents. I want to see in person every corner of the world and get a broader view of life.
  • How do you think your life will change in the future?
I don’t think there will be any significant changes in my life. I just hope the future will treat me well. And it would be great if my travel desire is fulfilled.
