Sample Answer

My alarm goes off at 7 a.m. every day since I work in an office. Before getting out of bed, I typically take a few minutes to stretch and activate my body. My daily routine then begins, which includes taking a shower, dressing, and eating a quick breakfast.

I’ve been sticking to this schedule for a while now, and it helps me get set for the day ahead. I discovered that taking a shower in the morning makes me feel revived and prepared to face any difficulties that may come my way.

The middle of the morning, which is around 10 a.m., is my best time of the day. During this time, I’ve typically gotten comfortable with my job, had a chance to catch up on emails, and have planned out my day’s tasks. This is a good opportunity for a short break during which I can make a cup of coffee or have a chat with my coworkers.

I attend meetings, work on tasks, and answer emails for the rest of the day. I try to take periodic pauses throughout the day to stretch and rest my eyes. I’ve discovered that this keeps me motivated and focused, particularly when I have a lot of work to do.

After work, I try to fit in as much exercise or other stress-relieving activities as I can. This could involve taking a stroll, doing yoga, or reading a novel. I believe it’s essential to set aside some time for myself so that I can recharge and get ready for the next day.
