The children who grow up in a family short of money are more capable of dealing with problems in adult life than children who are brought up by wealthy parents. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In recent years, the influence of family background on children’s development is a topic of debate in many parts of the world. While some people argue that impoverished children are more capable of solving problems than those from wealthy families, I think that financial condition is an essential factor.
It is important to know that problem-solving skills are acquired from the knowledge and experience gained during their teenage years. First, because poor parents are unable to choose prestigious schools which typically charge high tuition fees, those children are less likely to experience a professional educational environment. Second, education requires children to devote their time and energy to studying at school, but most of them have to work to make ends meet. They will not have the expert knowledge to solve problems as a result of their poor educational path.
There is no denying that children are in a weak position due to their limited access to financial support and expert guidance. Affluent parents can provide them with an efficient financial backup which makes it easier for children to overcome problems in the future. Different from those children, disadvantaged ones can be easily beaten by troubles in adult life. In fact, rich children have many chances to attend social gatherings such as parties and formal meals to expand their social circles. In many cases, they can take advantage of their relationships to seek support from friends and experts to tackle difficult problems.
In conclusion, children from medium or high-class families normally have the upper hand over poor ones in both knowledge and finance. This plays a vital role in improving their problem-solving abilities.
